- Google sign-in details you authorize us to receive, such as your email address, profile name, and avatar.
- Account and session data needed to keep you signed in securely across app launches.
- Booking and order details, including selected shop, pickup slot, address identifier, order notes, service choices, add-ons, and payment method selection.
- Laundry preference information you choose to provide, such as declared items, estimated weight, detergent preferences, and handling instructions.
- Order activity, issue responses, QR handoff activity, and in-app notification history tied to your account.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate the service, diagnose failures, and protect the platform from abuse.
2) How we use your information
- To authenticate you and maintain your customer session.
- To show participating shops, storefront content, offers, and pickup availability.
- To create, confirm, and manage laundry bookings and related order workflows.
- To display order progress, notifications, and issue-resolution actions inside the app.
- To improve reliability, investigate incidents, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.
3) Permissions and device storage
The current customer mobile app uses secure device storage to keep session tokens and lightweight app state on your device. The current version does not require camera, microphone, photo-library, contacts, or precise location access to use the main customer flow.
4) Google sign-in
The app uses Google Sign-In to authenticate you. We request Google identity information needed for login, specifically the scopes normally associated with OpenID Connect profile access, including your email and basic profile information. We do not use your Google credentials to access unrelated Google services.
5) Payments
The app currently records your selected payment method for the order flow, such as cash on delivery, manual cashless, or wallet credit. The customer app does not process bank card details directly in the codebase covered by this policy page.
6) How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share relevant information with laundry shops, riders, hosting providers, authentication providers, and service operators only to the extent needed to deliver bookings, operate the platform, secure the service, or meet legal requirements.
7) Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support users, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We use access controls, authenticated APIs, HTTPS delivery, and other reasonable technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
8) Your choices
- You may stop using the app at any time and sign out to revoke the active session on your device.
- You may request correction or support through official Labadago support and onboarding channels.
- If you do not want to provide optional booking notes or laundry preference details, you can leave those fields blank.
9) Children's privacy
The Labadago Customer app is not intended for children to use independently. If you believe personal information has been submitted inappropriately, contact us so we can review and respond.
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, data flows, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted at this page with an updated effective date.
